Residents living on Cherry Hill report sightings of Geckos sleeping in their lawns! These Geckos have been found in numerous places from tree branches to window sills!
Cherry Hill Resident, Susan Smith, says, "I was out for my morning jog, when all of a sudden I heard this agitating noise. I turned my head and discovered the source: a large, green gecko snoring as it was asleep on my neighbor's window!"
To no surprise, these reoccuring sightings have raised the question: What do we do if we see one of these Geckos? Well, the most reasonable answer is to simple leave them alone. Local scientists have declared that these Geckos are trying to prepare shelter and food for the approaching winter, exhausting large amounts of energy, so it is best to just leave them be and allow them to get their sleep.
Of course, sometimes these Geckos can cause problems due to their locations. For example, another resident, Tom Jackson, has spotted a Gecko sleepin in the rims of his tires. In a scenario like this, where you need the Gecko to move, the best thing to do is to use a small stick to carefully wake up the gecko, and then gently guide it out of your way.
